Mac Assistance is an online help desk that offers customers telephone support for computer products and training.
Our business area focuses primarily on Macintosh computers but also on all Apple brand products.
MA is a support international center for Apple products, we are a private site separate from the Apple brand.
Mac Assistance provides support for remote troubleshooting of software and usage issues. In the event of a hardware problem requiring repair, we will advise you on the appropriate additional solutions.

The payment guidelines
Mac Assistance provides a fast, secure and professional way to pay for its services.
MA Accepts payments from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
The cashing procedure is as follows:
The client's name, address, e-mail address and card details are entered by the collection agent
The transaction is submitted to the customer's bank for authorization.
Once approved, the confirmation is received and the customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
Like payments processed through a credit card reader, the retailer will generally receive payment on their account within a few business days.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service.
